The costs of this project always seem one step ahead of me but maybe a 'Pop Up' restaurant on the quay could help? I was a chef for most of my life - working on superyachts and in seafood restaurants - maybe those old skills could be useful again? Certainly need to try something to pay the bills! Work on the boat this episode was the rough cutting of the rabbetts on the bow timbers which are now ready to fasten in for good!
