Today I recorded this video directly from Central Park in New York, living a dream that once seemed so distant. While I was here, watching Brazil win 2-1 and looking at this city that has always been part of my dreams, I thought about how many nutritionists also carry big dreams in their hearts: to travel, to have more freedom, to work from wherever they want, to earn more, to transform more lives, and to build a career that doesn't depend solely on the traditional office.
