Habiburokhman Pertanyakan Dugaan Korban Dilarang ke Jakarta, Kuasa Hukum Sebut Polisi Melarang

Commission III of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) held a Public Hearing (RDPU) with the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police, the Chief of the Central Lombok Police, the victim's legal representative, and the Child Protection Agency (LPA) at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, on Monday (July 13, 2026). During the meeting, Commission III Chairman Habiburokhman questioned the victim's alleged refusal to travel to Jakarta. In response, the victim's family's legal representative stated that, based on information received from the family, the victim was not permitted to travel due to continuing treatment. They also attributed the ban to the police. This statement was made during the RDPU. On the same occasion, the legal representative also admitted to experiencing difficulties in visiting the victim at the hospital due to security and permitting procedures.
