Can I Beat Pokemon Heart Gold with ONLY Fire Type Pokemon?

Beating Pokemon Heart Gold with only Fire Type Pokemon is very interesting in the early game of Johto. The starterpokemon is already a fire type, Cyndaquil. It would be the only one until whitney, but primo is here to the rescue, giving out a free slugma egg. But the best fire pokemon are to come, in the form of growlithe, flareon, entei, ho-oh, ponyta, houndour and magmar. And I don't use any items in battle. So, no Full Restore or Revives while battling! Please enjoy!
