Meg Burrow Tribute From Carilion Children's
In August 2024 Meg Burrow passed away from complications of a very rare genetic disorder: CTBP1. Meg's condition meant she spent time with many caregivers at Carilion Children's. Many of those caregivers recorded remembrances of Meg to pay tribute to her life, which was unexpectedly cut short right after her 11th birthday. Meg's family members have been notable advocates for Carilion Children's through those eleven years, and beyond.
