ANSWER: Consumers often encounter a difference between the price of goods on the price tag and on the receipt. In accordance with Article 10 of the Law, the seller is obliged to promptly provide the consumer with the necessary and reliable information about the goods, ensuring the possibility of their correct choice, including information about the price and terms of purchase of the goods. Thus, the seller is obliged to sell the goods at the price indicated on the price tag. Even if the purchase is made and the receipt is punched, the buyer must be refunded the difference. If you encounter such a violation, and the seller refuses to refund you the difference between the actual cost of the goods and the price indicated on the price tag, then you must explain the problem to the administrator or manager of the store. Often, stores satisfy the buyer's demands, and the conflict is resolved. If a peaceful outcome to the situation is impossible, and the store representatives refuse to sell the goods at the price indicated on the price tag, the consumer has the right to state their complaints in the Book of Reviews and Suggestions. Be sure to save the receipt and take a photo of the price tag, you cannot take it away. The store administration is obliged to review your entry and send you a response about the measures taken.
