The late afternoon before sunset is the best time to visit, as the soft sunlight combines with the dramatic view of fishing boats neatly lined up along the shore. To conclude our Lombok tour, we explore traditional Sasak cuisine with a taste of Nasi Balap Puyung Inak Esun, located in Central Lombok. This legendary stall serves authentic Nasi Balap Puyung at very affordable prices. This spicy culinary dish consists of white rice with peanut sauce and spicy shredded chicken in Lombok's signature pelecing sauce.
