For today's video, I will be showing you my newest budget Commander build that uses Shelob, Child of Ungoliant to helm a spider tribal deck with a cool twist. Most tribal decks are pretty straight forward, but this new spider general from the Lord of the Rings set gives some interesting interactions to what would be just a run of the mill tribal build.
