This video was created to portray, in a visual way, what Praise unto Our Heavenly Father looks like when it flows from a heart fully surrendered to His Eternal Will. The blooming flowers, flourishing trees, joyful dancing, and scenes of celebration represent the spiritual beauty that accompanies sincere Worship and Thanksgiving before The Lord. The Lord Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus Christ), The Good Shepherd of Israel, is rejected by many in the world, yet He is The Joy of His people. He teaches us how to Love Our Heavenly Father, how to Worship Him, and how to walk in Holiness before Him. Through His example, and through the example of King David, we learn to Praise The Lord with pure hearts, gladness, and thanksgiving. In this video, we have chosen to portray The Good Shepherd through the modern image of the Cowboy. To many, the cowboy is seen merely as a figure of the frontier. Yet the qualities traditionally associated with the cowboy closely resemble those of the biblical shepherd: he lives close to the land, watches over the flock, protects the weak, accepts hardship, walks in freedom, and willingly sacrifices himself for those entrusted to his care. In this sense, the Cowboy well serves as the modern visual representation of The Good Shepherd. Cowboys and the traditional vision of them trace their heritage to the herdsmen and shepherds of the ancient lands of Israel and God's People. Many have spoken of The Lord without truly knowing Him. Yet those who humble themselves before His Eternal Ruling Authority discover that He is not only The Righteous Judge of Heaven and Earth, but also The Wonderful Counselor, The Beautiful Shepherd, The Good Cowboy, and The Friend of His Saints. He Delights in rejoicing with His people. He Delights in teaching us the ways of Righteousness. He Delights in leading us into The Presence of Our Heavenly Father, before whom we stand daily in plain view. This song and video were created as an expression of that Joy.
