Butter Soft Dinner Rolls - (Makes 9/Bread Machine Method)

Dinner Rolls Made Easy Using A Bread Machine (Turn oven light on for proofing rolls.) 175 g. Water (¾ Cup) 1 Large Egg ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract 1 ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt 3 Tablespoons Sugar 1 ½ Tablespoons Powder Milk (or substitute 175 g. Whole Milk for the water). 380 g. All Purpose Flour (2 ¾ cups) 3 Tablespoons Butter (salted) 1 ½ teaspoons Bread Machine Yeast Use regular DOUGH setting on machine Divide dough into 3 equal pieces, then each piece into 3 pieces for 9 rolls, brush with melted butter. Use buttered 9 x 9 bake pan. Cover and Rise in oven for 60-75 Minutes (light on for warmth). Remove risen rolls and preheat oven to 375 F.
