Same 20 minute powerful practice, more room to breathe. This 20-minute guided meditation will help you create heart and brain coherence through heart-focused breathing and elevated emotions like gratitude and appreciation. This guided meditation for mindfulness uses heart-brain coherence techniques to bring your mind and body into deep alignment. Whether you're new to guided meditation or an experienced practitioner, this slower-paced 20-minute session will help you find clarity, calm, and presence with extended pauses between each phase. This meditation is inspired by the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza and uses a combination of heart-centred breathing (5 seconds in, 5 seconds out), body relaxation, and intentional emotion to guide you into a deep state of coherence.
