๐๐ป Full recipe in the description Ingredients (Serves 5) Rib and potatoes 5 ribs of beef joined together ๐ 2-3 sweet potatoes ๐ฅ Salt and pepper to taste ๐ง Light olive oil ๐ซ For the sauce 100 g honey ๐ฏ 150 ml soy sauce ๐ถ 50 g mustard seeds ๐ฑ 80 g Dijon mustard ๐ก Juice of half a lemon ๐ Preparation For the honey, soy, and mustard sauce Heat a saucepan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the mustard seeds and toast them lightly. Add the soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Turn the heat to full power until boiling and cook for 1 minute. Let cool. For the ribs and fries Preheat the oven to 140ยฐC (300ยฐF). Season the ribs with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Brush the ribs with plenty of sauce, wrap them with baking paper, and tie the package tightly with string. Bake for 4 hours and let them rest in the oven for another hour. Heat a frying pan with a little oil. Cut the potatoes into wedges and fry them at a low temperature (140ยฐC) until tender. Drain. Increase the oven to full power. Unwrap the ribs, brush with more sauce, and bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Increase the oil to 190/200ยฐC (375/400ยฐF) and fry the potatoes again until crispy. Drain and sprinkle with salt.
