Ohsbanan

Ohs is the starting point of a 600 mm (1 ft 11+5⁄8 in) narrow gauge Ohsabanan, a museum railway to Bor, 14,5 km away. The railway was constructed in the summer of 1910 and runs steam trains. The line was used transporting raw materials and finished products in this way right up until 1967. The closure came in connection with the industrial holiday. The official reopening of the Ohsabanan took place on July 25 1969. The line is completely open again to Bor. However, the train in the video does not go beyond Gimarp station, a distants of 4,7km.
