I've also included rafting details, my total budget, and the best time to visit Rishikesh to help you plan your own trip easily. 11 My 2-Day Rishikesh Itinerary • Day 1 On Day 1, I started my morning at Neem Beach, where I explored the area and also got to know about river rafting and some nearby unexplored spots. From there, I took a short hidden route and reached the Laxman Jhula side ghat, where I saw the newly built glass bridge, Bajrang Setu. After that, I visited the famous 13 manzil Trayambakeshwar Temple, which is one of the most iconic temples in Rishikesh. Then I headed to Naao Ghat, where I enjoyed a boating experience. Later, I had lunch at a Ganga-view café and also took a holy dip in the river. In the evening, I explored Janki Setu, nearby ashrams, local markets, Parmarth Niketan, and Ram Jhula. I ended my day by attending the beautiful Ganga Aarti at Shatrughan Ghat, and later I tried the famous pahadi dish Siddu along with a refreshing mango shake. Day 2 On Day 2, I started early at 6 AM and went for a secret waterfall trek starting near Bajrang Setu. The trek was around 3 km, including a steep 1.5 km climb, but the views were totally worth it. After the trek, I visited Neelkanth Mahadev Temple for darshan. From there, I came back and had lunch. Later, I explored the famous The Beatles Ashram (84 Kutiya), which has a very peaceful and artistic vibe. After that, I enjoyed some fresh juices and tried a variety of street food. In the evening, I went to Triveni Ghat to witness the grand Ganga Aarti.
