1998 PHS Big Red Band at Sistersville Oil and Gas Festival Field Show
This is the Parkersburg High School Big Red Band in their field show at the Sistersville Oil and Gas Festival. The band is a military-styled band from Parkersburg, WV that has no auxiliary units. They practice strict 8-to-5 marching, meaning every step is 22.5 inches. The drill is reminiscent of some of the older drills the Big Red Band did under Mr. Schroeder, including a giant step two drill in the middle of the march. Listen to the first few minutes of the video to get the pieces they are playing.
