In this project at NEO Residence in João Pessoa, the construction was already well advanced… but there was a problem: there was no technology plan. The client had already completed all the electrical work, and the ceiling work was scheduled to begin in the coming days. We managed to delay the plastering for another week to prepare all the infrastructure for: • Wired network • Wi-Fi • Cameras • TVs • Technology rack We left Campina Grande and completed the entire project in just one day. During the project, we demonstrated several common mistakes that occur when technology isn't considered at the correct stage of construction: • Excessive piping • Waste of materials • Poorly designed infrastructure • Inadequate location for the rack and equipment In the end, we reorganized the entire structure to prepare the apartment to receive a professional network, cameras, and automation without makeshift solutions or future rework.
