MERCEDES 2009 C220 cdi stripped injector bolt. Heli coil repair. Part 1 with a case of black death

Vehicle brought into me for popped injector...Common fault on these engines as the original stretch bolt often breaks off in the head... Having cleaned the black death carbon from the top we find all four injectors had been repaired previously...I believe this was done as a bodge to sell the car on quickly. Within weeks of buying the car my customer was suffering with these injector issues... No2 is the injector that popped out. This is the one we repair with a helicoil.
