Easy Puff Pastry Cinnamon Roll | Quick Delicious Cinnamon Bun Recipe

The most easy ,delicious, scrumptious cinnamon rolls you’ll ever have! Because you’re using puff pastry, you don’t have to make the dough and it gives you a super crispy soft cinnamon roll! Recipe: Puff pastry ( mine was 400g) 1/2 butter 1 cup brown sugar 2 tbs cinnamon Icing: 2/3 cup icing powder 2 tbs milk A splash of vanilla essence 1/2 tsp lemon juice Method: Thaw/ defrost puff pastry Preheat oven to 180 c/ 356f Mix softened butter, sugar and cinnamon until well combined. Spread out the puff pastry and add the butter mixture Slowly roll and then cut Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes Let it cool Combine icing ingredients until you get a syrupy consistency. Pour icing on the cinnamon bun and you’re done!
