$100 to $750 Nightstand Flip (Was It Worth It?)

$100 → $750… would you have taken the risk? In this video, I take a large pair of nightstands that we picked up for just $100 and completely transform them into a modern, high-end look that sold for $750. These nightstands had some serious issues—especially a cracked granite top that I honestly wasn’t sure was even fixable. But my husband saw the potential and took on the challenge of repairing it, and I handled the full refinishing process. I used a rich Licorice color (Beyond Paint) for a bold, modern finish and created a faux wood top using Old Masters gel stain (Natural Walnut) to completely change the look. This one turned out better than I expected. 👉 What would YOU have done? Would you keep the black or go a different color?
