Huge Capacity Boost: The new North Stand will nearly double in size, growing from 6,537 to 12,516 seats! Breaking the 50K Mark: This expansion will push Villa Park's overall capacity to over 50,000 fans. Elite Facilities: Includes 500 sqm of state-of-the-art first-team medical, physio, and changing facilities. Completion Date: The new stand is expected to be ready for the 2027/28 Premier League season.
