Uganda Airlines to recruit more pilots & crew members to address shortages.
Uganda Airlines has reveled that it’s experiencing a pilot shortage, leading to frequency reductions on several routes. While emphasizing adherence to mandatory pilot rest hours, the airline acknowledges the operational impact and is actively seeking solutions domestically and internationally. The airline also refutes recent media reports alleging disregard for crew rest hours. The airlines’ cheif executive officer Jennifer Bamuturaki reveled this in an exclusive interview with UBC’s Samuel Ssenono.
