Superhero Cosplay Photoshoot - Part 1

In this vlog (the first of two parts), I collaborate with local cosplayer Nikki Moxxi to bring one of her favorite superhero characters to life, Mary Jane as Spiderman. With Long Beach California doubling for Gotham City, moody clouds replacing the usual bright blue sky, and Nikki bringing her A game (not to mention her awesome outfits) we had all the necessary ingredients for a super shoot. We really enjoyed getting creative with this shoot and it was important for us to achieve authentic eye-catching looks without resorting to digital artistry post production effects. You will see that we (well, Nikki) went to great lengths to nail each shot, sometimes repeating very physical poses 10+ times. A big thank you to Nikki for being an absolute pro with her extensive preparation, turning up super early, committing to quality results, and sharing her passion.
