Speed Dreams 2.4.0 WIP - Further Bot Driver Tweaks for Oval Racing

Car: MPA12 - Murasama Engine Series: American GP Series - 2012 Season Track: Milky-Five / Indianapolis I noticed an odd behavior when racing opponents side-by-side and going three wide - they would often waver and wreck themselves, especially at the speeds these MPA12s are capable of. I tried to make some three-wide moves to demonstrate this, but needless to say, Indianapolis was never meant for three-deep unga bunga conga trauma! I must've recorded a few hours' worth in deaths/fails before I got a run that showcases their improved behavior well.
