COSA SI MANGIA nel QUARTIERE CINESE di ROMA con GABRIELE MAINETTI | PRATTQUELLO

Nice one! Today I went to Rome's Chinatown to eat with director Gabriele Mainetti, who told me the behind-the-scenes story of his new film, "The Forbidden City," coming out in theaters on March 13th. One of the main themes in this film is the encounter between Chinese and Italian culture, and one of the key elements is food. Over noodles and Chinese ravioli, Gabriele and I discussed Chinese dishes and learned together how food works on set. Namo! Thank you Gabriele for being a wonderful person!
