Northbound CSX mixed manifest on track one, going through red but track two has limited on bottom

Wyoming, Ohio Monday, July 6th, 2026 about 6:21 am. Just north of Wyoming Avenue, there is a crossover. I did not realize it at the time but this train was signaled to go across Wyoming Avenue and take the crossover from track one to track two which then allowed the trailing Amtrak Cardinal to proceed North on track one. That is why there was a double green signal in Glendale but no high green on either track in Wyoming.
