Mean Manager Fired After Shaming Black Employee.

Denise Richardson is busy at work when her direct supervisor, Judy Lipton, calls her into her office. Denise has requested some personal time off to attend her brother's wedding. Despite her excellent performance, Mrs. Lipton informs Denise that her request will not be granted. Denise is devastated and confused as no reason was given and when she pressed further, Mrs. Lipton threatened to have her fired.
