How we bought our dream off-grid land at auction in Wales

It's been a long and at times very challenging journey to get here, but we finally have the dream plot of land to begin our off-grid journey. We found the best places to look for land are sites like Rightmove and On the Market and Facebook groups. Facebook groups above all to be honest - you can sometimes even find people wanting to sell their own bits of land privately, so find and join as many groups as you can and keep your eyes peeled. Also get friends and family on board, get them to look out for things because in our case, this needed up being the route to us getting our dream off-grid plot.
