Sonic & SEGA All Stars Racing - Graffiti Cup (Beginner - Opa-Opa)

This guy is one of my favorites to play as because of his charm. Especially since he races as himself without a vehicle, making him rather unique. I wish he could've been playable in Transformed but I guess he doesn't fit too well with the main gimmick of that game. Also still don't know how to get rid of the Steam snapshot noises.
