The PlayStation 6 rumors keep heating up amidst the RAM shortage! What originally might cost $760 in materials has now risen up to more than $900. And this is RIGHT when Sony put out a new Q&A on their investor portal where they openly admit that for next generation hardware, they will not absorb all the component price increases and they will not take significant losses. So a PS6 subsidy might be a fairly modest one, and perhaps the $1,000 console is now on the table. Plus, PlayStation keeps hinting towards a handheld.
