The Lost History of Habbo Hotel (1998 - 2001)

This video is the culmination of spending way too much of my spare time over the course of almost 25 years on a single virtual chatroom and having an ungodly amount of knowledge about probably the most niche topic in the world! I've wanted to try and put this together for the longest time to sort of mark my exit from the Habbo Hotel community, and I think it's a nice way to wrap things up by kinda drawing a line under things where they began all those years ago. There's a place in Finland named "Lommila", and in Swedish (Finland's 2nd official language) that's "Gloms". Thus Miikka Lommi = Mihail Gloms. 2) Disco tänä yönä is a single/EP, and not an album. 3) DJ Stikée is DJ Slow from Pepe Deluxé, and Morpheus V is another alias of Marko Nyberg. 4) Extra bit of trivia is that Miikka, Slow, and Raymond from Bomfunk MC's (yes, the Freestyler Bomfunk MC's) had a band together earlier and are/were all friends at the time! 5) Another cool bit of trivia is that the first ever Pepe Deluxé album artwork (Super Sound) was done at Taivas (the same Taivas that spawned Sulake) by Jani Tolin!
