Anular-Puentear blocapuertas lavadora. [Cancel-bypass door lock of Washing machines]

Si al encender nuestra lavadora vemos que no inicia el lavado, la causa del problema probablemente sea un fallo en el blocapuertas. Para anular este sistema de bloqueo lo primero que tenemos que hacer es sacarlo de la lavadora. Siempre que vallamos a manipular el blocapuertas es aconsejable desenchufar la lavadora. La mayoría de blocapuertas tienen 3 cables (“N”-Neutro, “L”- Fase, “C”- Común), que también pueden venir indicados con números (1-Neutro, 2-Común, 3-Fase). Si retiramos la tapa del mecanismo del blocapuertas podremos analizar su funcionamiento. Por los terminales “N” y “L” entran 220v que alimentan la PTC, esta al calentarse desplaza la pestaña que está sobre ella haciendo un puente entre “L” y “C”, y a su vez bloqueando la puerta. En mi caso tenia la PTC quemada, y al no cerrar el circuito entre Fase “L” y Común “C” no llega la corriente eléctrica al resto de la lavadora. Entonces lo único que tenemos que hacer para que la lavadora funcione sin el blocapuertas es puentear el cable del terminal “L” con el del terminal “C”. En caso de tener dudas no realizar el puente, una mala conexión podría provocar un cortocircuito o una avería en la placa electrónica. Después de aislar bien las conexiones volvemos a colocar el blocapuertas para poder cerrar la puerta. Al anular el blocapuertas la puerta se podrá abrir en cualquier momento del lavado, incluso cuando la lavadora está llena de agua. By the terminals "N" and "L" enter 220v that feed the PTC, which by heating moves the tab that is above it, making a bridge between "L" and "C", and in turn blocking the door. In my case the PTC had burned. By not close the circuit between Phase "L" and common "C" the electric current does not reach the rest of the machine. All you have to do to make the machine work without door lock, is do a bypass between the terminal wire "L" with the "C" terminal. If in doubt, not do the bypass, a bad connection may cause a short circuit or a fault in the circuit board. After isolating right the connections, you have place the door lock to close the door. When you cancel the door lock, the door can be opened at any moment washing, even when the machine is filled with water.
