TherapSID with ASID support & performance controls (Plays C64 SID tunes)

Since the Twisted Electrons TherapSID firmware is now open source, I have implemented some enhancements to my unit, adding "ASID" protocol support and performance controls, showcased here. ASID was originally developed as a way of sending Commodore 64 SID files over MIDI to be played back on the Elektron Sidstation. NOTE: This is now included in the official TherapSID 2.3 firmware - and a browser player has been added to DeepSID. The Voice LEDs lights up to show what waveforms and sync/ring mod states are used The LFO LEDs are used to indicate filter status: LINK 1, 2, 3 indicates that the voice is routed to the filter Waveforms indicate the cutoff frequency as a 5-stage amount RETRIG/LOOP indicate the resonance level as a 2-stage amount Moving knobs and pushing buttons enables performance and remixing of the SID file Waveform SHAPE button mutes/unmutes the channel CUTOFF, RESONANCE, ADSR etc affects the corresponding parameters Short press on RESET restores all remix modifications Long press on RESET takes the unit out of ASID mode and goes back to normal Note: this is a proof-of-concept implementation, not available in the current official firmware.
