The Beechcraft Premier 1 is the fastest light business jet approved for single-pilot flight. It's faster than the Embraer Phenom 300, Citation CJ4, and Pilatus PC24. Its swept wing allows the Premier to fly at full speed, reaching a maximum Mach 0.8—that's 850 km/h (530 mph) at cruising altitude! The Premier has a composite fuselage, which allows for the highest cabin height in its class—165 cm (63.5 in). There are some downsides, too—I discuss them in my video. In the video, we fly in New York, perform a stall in a swept-wing jet, and perform an ILS approach in weather conditions that meet the ILS approach minimum.
