Кулинарная академия Кордон Блю, Париж!

125 years ago, the Cordon Bleu culinary academy was founded in Paris, becoming a school for a whole host of renowned chefs around the world. I visited this academy six years ago, but the Cordon Bleu recently acquired a new building, and I was invited back for a tour during my last visit in March of this year. Of course, I happily accepted! And I didn't regret it. I visited a true Temple of Science called COOKING. My heart nearly leaped out of my chest with joy for these people, for the teachers and students! Everything is not just very well organized, but also future-proofed – students from all over the world are taught using the most modern equipment, while also learning the classics that form the foundation of all existing culinary traditions. I was very pleased that there are already 20 Russian students! When I first visited the academy, there were only two of them: a guy from Chelyabinsk, Mikhail, and a girl named Nastya, with whom I became friends. And this time, I was assisted in the filming by Nastya, who got married and stayed in France, where she works with her husband in a restaurant, and Oleg Yugay and his wife—my subscribers who came to my event in Paris    • Эйфелевый ПЛОВ / Лет ми спик фром май харт!   , for which I am very grateful.
