Crema de Aloe Vera y Aceite de Coco Natural, La Mejor para La Piel y Cabello

Both coconut oil and aloe vera are two of the best natural allies for our beauty. But the combination of the two is truly spectacular for skin and hair. It deeply moisturizes and softens, and has antifungal and antibacterial properties. It is essential for treating skin irritations and sunburn. It helps soften or prevent stretch marks. It is very useful for reducing scars and age spots. It is one of the best treatments for hair and scalp, promoting hair growth while conditioning it, and is also highly recommended in the natural treatment of psoriasis. We can use pure aloe vera gel sold in pharmacies or a natural aloe vera leaf. The difference is that commercial gel has a shelf life of about two months. If we use a natural aloe vera leaf, it lasts about five days in the refrigerator. Ingredients: • 1/3 cup pure Aloe Vera gel – natural or commercial • 1/2 cup cold, non-liquid Coconut Oil • Optional: Essential oil – 3 to 4 drops – lavender, lemon, rose, etc. Preparation: • If using an aloe vera leaf, extract the gel – follow the video. • Place the gel (natural or commercial) with the coconut oil and optional drops of essential oil in a blender or with an immersion blender and blend until smooth, about 5 to 8 minutes, or until the mixture turns white and forms peaks. • Pour into a container and use. • If using commercial aloe vera gel, it can be stored at room temperature and has a shelf life of 2 months. • If using a natural aloe vera leaf, store it in the refrigerator where it will last for about 5 days. Since it will harden in the refrigerator, it's best to take out the amount you will use each day an hour beforehand to allow it to soften. Don't forget to share! Thank you so much!
