Madison Fitzpatrick, Soprano Marco Rizzello, Piano Greenfield Hall Manhattan School of Music New York City, NY "Ophelia's Lament" is a concerto written for piano and voice by Thomas Pasatieri with text from Shakespeare's "Hamlet". The scena exhibits the madness of Ophelia in the third act of Hamlet before she dies. This piece was dedicated to my teacher, Joan Patenaude-Yarnell, and I am honored to have performed it.
