Diving bell - physics experiment
http://www.fizik.si The air pressure in the glass prevents the outer water from leaking into the glass. The inner side of the glass remains dry. But the water pressure rises with the depth (hydrostatic pressure) and presses the air in the glass. Diving bells are still used nowadays for working in water depths. The air overpressure and the fresh air are supplied through pipes with air pumps. This is physics experiment for science project. http://www.fizik.si Tlak zraka v kozarcu preprečuje zunanji vodi, da bi stekla v kozarec. Notranjost kozarca ostaja suha. Vendar pa tlak vode z globino narašča (hidrostatični tlak) in stiska zrak v kozarcu. Potapljaški zvon se še danes uporablja za delo v vodnih globinah. Zračni nadtlak in svež dotok zraka dovajajo po cevi z zračnimi črpalkami.
