Life in your twenties: how to manage it all

Our twenties are marketed as the decade where you're supposed to do everything - build the career, find the love, travel the world, and optimize every second. Honestly speaking, it does feel like one of the most precious yet pressing periods in life. So I wanted to share my findings from all over the place (Substack, YouTube, books) along with my own thoughts on how to make the most of it by not losing our mind in this rush towards constantly becoming better 🌟 In this video essay, we dive into the following topics: differences between habits, hobbies, interests, and experiences, and how to find the time for it all without losing your grounds; why getting bored is a psychological necessity, not a waste of time, and how a dopamine fasting can reset our brain; the "dreamscrolling" dilemma, or the pros and cons of curating a life on Pinterest and TikTok; practical notes for finding depth, romance, and a "full life" in the quiet, mundane moments of the everyday; how an avoidant type of attachment isn't just about romance, it's how we secretly isolate ourselves from realizing our own potential. Sending all the best energy! Lots of love, Stacy!
