NAIA TERMINAL 3 Parking Guide 2026 | NAIAX Drive + Updated Parking Fees

Driving to NAIA Terminal 3 Multilevel Parking via Skyway and NAIAX (2026 guide). In this video, I show the actual driving route going to NAIA Terminal 3 Multilevel Parking using Skyway and NAIAX, including the toll fee and parking entrance guide. As of February 2026, the toll fee from Skyway to NAIAX is ₱35 for cars. There is also a new toll exit for NAIA Terminal 3 currently under construction that will be much closer to the airport. Once completed, this should make the drive to Terminal 3 more convenient and help avoid traffic from the current exit. I also included the latest parking rates for NAIA Terminal 3 Multilevel Parking: Overnight Parking (24 hours): • Cars – ₱1,200 • Motorcycles – ₱480 • Buses – ₱2,400 Hourly Increment after 24 hours: • Cars – ₱25 per hour • Motorcycles – ₱10 per hour • Buses – ₱50 per hour If you have a confirmed flight, you may also get a 50% discount on overnight parking. For example, cars will pay ₱600 instead of ₱1,200 for 24 hours. If you’re just picking up or dropping off family or friends, you can still park inside the multilevel parking area. Short-term parking (first 2 hours): • Cars – ₱56 • Motorcycles – ₱22 This means you won’t be charged the overnight parking fee if you’re only staying for a short time.
