In this video I walk you through a somatic release practice specifically designed to help you begin expressing the things that have been hardest to say. We work through shoulder rolls, face stretches, forehead massage, cheekbone release, the upper lip, audible sighs, humming with reflexology hand and earlobe massage, and a final throat practice with a simple but powerful statement: I trust myself.
