Judge Rules Utah Mom Accused of Poisoning Husband Must Face Murder Trial

A Utah judge determined on Tuesday that there is enough evidence against Kouri Richins to bind her over to trial. Eric Richins died in March 2022 with a large amount of fentanyl in his system.
