In questo breve video di 5 minuti andiamo a svolgere insieme la mia ROUTINE preferita di ALLENAMENTO GAMBE, semplice ma EFFICACE : per via di un trauma al ginocchio in passato ho iniziato ad evitare movimenti troppo forti sulle ginocchia come gli squats e questi esercizi li trovo efficaci per avere una muscolatura forte ma agile!
