Iberia Express Airbus A320-214 | London Gatwick to Madrid *Full Flight*

This was one of their "Express" flights which fly 3x daily between London Gatwick and Madrid. I was on one of the few that have actually been refurbished which was lucky. Most Iberia Express aircraft are in a plain white livery just with the branding on the side, so nice to have a repainted one. The inside was very nice. Comfortable, clean and modern cabin with very friendly crew. The only thing I didn't really appreciate was the fact they were playing music during taxi & take off. Which I've never had on any other airline. Yes during boarding and sometimes during approach & landing. But never during take off, so that was slightly annoying. Also notice the pilots announcement. The first time we heard the pilots voice was while we were lining up on RWY26L just about to take off! That was quite unusual aswell! But all in all a nice flight, on time and some beautiful views of the south coast of Britain and the Isle Of Wight before hitting a dull grey area all the way across the Bay of Biscay with high lingering grey cloud. Arrived in Madrid where the temperature was 29 degrees and increasing as the afternoon progressed. Very warm considering its the early part of May. Also look out for what looks like a large fire on the hillside in the Pyrenees, you can see the smoke trailing away from it for miles.
