My body and mind are grounded, calm, and at peace, ready to restore and rejuvenate. Tools used in tonights session: Tigers Eye & Rose Quartz Crystal Points, Clear Quartz Wand, Selenite wand, Shamanic Rattle, Tuning Forks, Sage & Palo Santo for cleansing. Tonight we focus our attention on deep sleep. (With a side eye on releasing anxiety and worry) Grounding into the earth frequencies. Releasing the energy of the day so that your mind can become still. We have a little guided meditation practice in tonights session and I have also included time stamps below for the ASMR triggers.
