Rome Day 3 Part 1 | I Finally Learned to Make Authentic Carbonara! 🇮🇹 Aperol Spritz & We Got Tipsy 😂

Day 3 in Rome turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! 🇮🇹❤️ We joined an authentic Italian cooking class where we learned how to make traditional Carbonara from scratch—the real Roman way! 🍝 I finally discovered that authentic Carbonara doesn't use cream, and now I can't wait to recreate it at home. Of course, no Italian cooking experience is complete without making and enjoying an Aperol Spritz! 🍹 Let's just say... we got a little tipsy along the way! 😂 After all the delicious food and drinks, we decided to head back to the hotel and call it a day.
