Mock Employment Tribunal with a theatrical twist
On Wednesday 14 October 2015, Brentwood Theatre in Essex was host to Mullis and Peake Solicitor’s Mock Employment Tribunal with a scandalous theatrical twist. Guests in attendance and were provided with witness statements as well as tribunal bundles to enable them to vote, just for fun of course, on the outcome, to see if their conclusions matched that of the Tribunal panel. To ensure the event was as realistic as possible the employment team drafted in the help of current practising Barristers with considerable experience in the real-life Tribunal setting. The afternoon allowed guests to de-mystify the Employment Tribunal process and experience how a real Tribunal would run, whilst having a little fun with the theatrical twist.
