Work Orders and Service Module in Lightspeed POS - A Full Demo

In this video I'll take you through a full example of taking in a broken product for service or repair using Lightspeed POS' Service Module. I'll give you a step-by-step demo from the point of taking in the repair item, to estimating the service, to ordering the parts and completing the repair. We'll look at completing the sale using checkout once the repair is complete. I also explain the benefits of the color-code "status" system within the Service Module.
