This season they have only allowed 8.2 goals per game putting them 2nd in goals against in the country while having one of the hardest schedules in the country. First-team all Americans like Liam Entenman and Ben Ramsey lead the Irish defense. Newcomers like the freshman Shawn Lyght have made an immediate impact.
