How Social Media Made Me Misunderstand Men

For a long time, I believed that men were supposed to be strong all the time. Movies, social media, and the way many of us are raised made me think that men don't get hurt, don't need support, and should simply handle everything on their own. As I grew older, I realized how unfair that perspective was. Men are human beings too. They experience heartbreak, anxiety, loneliness, pressure, and emotional pain. Yet many are taught to hide it because vulnerability is often seen as weakness. In this video, I share my personal journey of changing my perspective about men, the role Bollywood and social media played in shaping my views, and why I believe we need more empathy, accountability, and compassion in our relationships. This is not about blaming women or men. It's about recognizing each other's humanity and creating healthier conversations around mental health. I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments. #MensMentalHealth #MentalHealthAwareness #MensMentalHealthMonth #MensMentalHealth #MentalHealthAwareness #MensMentalHealthMonth #MentalHealthMatters #EmotionalWellbeing #HealthyRelationships #MensEmotions #SelfAwareness #PersonalGrowth #RelationshipAdvice
