Student's t-test (Paired and Unpaired) - A Level Biology
The Student’s t-test is one of the statistical tests used in A Level Biology. It is used to determine the significance of the difference between two means. This video will teach you when and how to use two types of t-test, Paired and Unpaired, and includes examples of each. It will take you through the whole process including: how to state your null hypothesis which Student’s t-test to use and why how to carry out the statistical tests finding the critical value at p=0.05 (and what that means) writing a conclusion for your findings. Student's t-test requires the use of Standard Deviation - check out my video on Standard Deviation here - • Standard Deviation - A Level Biology .
